	The cost to produce the molds shown on the left from a pattern provided by the customer is as follows. One pair of engine shed doors cast in a silicone rubber open mold, weight 71 grams would be $14.75US (Not including postage). This price would include preparing the pattern for casting, mounting and berming the pattern, casting the rubber and demolding. This price would be reduced for bulk orders.
We offer a casting service to any client wishing to produce or reproduce items in resin, plaster, white metal or high quality English pewter. The possibilities for the reproduction of small parts or whole pieces are almost endless, and might include scale models of all sorts from buildings, model railway parts, figures, vehicles, the list is endless.


We produce a range of silicone rubber molds from simple open moulds for casting building walls etc, split molds for casting vehicles, as shown above, or molds designed to be used in our centrifugal casting machines. Casting is an ideal method for the manufacture of miniature soldiers of all scales, or jewellery and art designs

We can offer very competitive rates whether it is just one casting you require or a large run of castings. We can also either cast from patterns supplied by the customer or we can prepare specific patters made to order.
